C-Tier: Salvage if You Don't Need Them
Outclassed by higher-tier options. Salvage for extract materials.
- Most generic +X% damage aspects without conditional bonuses
- Resource generation aspects when resource isn't an issue for your build
- Movement speed aspects for non-mobility builds
D-Tier: Skip
Either bugged, under-tuned, or completely outclassed by S/A-tier options. Don't waste imprint attempts.
- Aspect of Binding Embers (was nerfed to near-useless in Hotfix 1.6.4)
- Aspect of Shared Misery (does not work with most S-tier builds)
- Several underused class-specific aspects from launch
Where to Get Aspects
- Codex of Power — complete dungeons to permanently unlock aspects
- Helltide chests — random aspect drops, often duplicates
- Tormented bosses — guaranteed aspect on first kill each week
- The Pit — aspect drop at tier 50+ completion
Imprinting Tips
Always imprint S-tier aspects on Ancestral gear. Use the Codex of Power recipe (Aspect + Forgotten Soul + Veiled Crystal) to add aspects without sacrificing your best items.
